About Jamie Leitch

Senior iGaming support across product, UX, growth, and delivery.

I step in where Gaming teams need stronger direction, better output, and senior hands-on support.

Most teams do not need more noise or more process. They need experienced support that fits into the workflow already moving. I work across product, UX, design, CRM, and launch delivery to help teams stay clear, consistent, and commercially sharp under pressure.

Fractional leadership
Senior support across product, UX, and design without the delay or cost of a full-time hire.
Product and UX clarity
Stronger flows, cleaner interfaces, and sharper decision-making across casino, sportsbook, poker, and player journeys.
Campaign and CRM support
Promos, modular emails, landing pages, and content systems that stay consistent when teams are under load.
Launch and rollout support
New verticals, new features, and fast-turnaround work that needs to feel native from day one.

Senior thinking, practical output, and iGaming context from day one.

For 20+ years, I’ve worked across casino, sportsbook, poker, and promotional environments where speed, consistency, compliance, and commercial pressure all collide. That experience helps me see the gaps quickly, ask better questions, and make decisions that support both the product and the business.

I can lead direction, shape UX, improve UI, support campaigns, guide handoff, or step in hands-on when the team needs delivery fast. The value is not just the final design. It is the structure, clarity, and momentum I bring into the work.

Clear answers before we work together.

If you’re considering senior support across product, UX, design, CRM, or launch delivery, these answers explain how I usually plug in, who I work with, and what makes the collaboration move faster.

No. I work as an independent senior iGaming partner, plugging into existing teams where support is needed. That can mean working directly with founders, product leads, marketing teams, developers, or internal designers.

Yes. I’m often brought in to support internal teams, not replace them. I can help shape direction, improve consistency, review work, create UI systems, or take pressure off the team during busy periods.

No. I can support full projects, but I’m also useful for focused design sprints, UX improvements, landing pages, CRM layouts, campaign systems, and launch support.

Yes. A lot of iGaming work is sensitive, especially around operators, platforms, product ideas, campaigns, and internal improvements. I’m comfortable working under NDA and keeping client work confidential.

Usually very quickly, as long as the goal, assets, access, and approval flow are clear. I’m used to working inside existing tools like Figma, Adobe, WordPress, Slack, Teams, Jira, and Monday.com.

The best fit is an iGaming team that already has momentum but needs senior support to improve clarity, consistency, delivery speed, or output quality.
